Andrew spent seven years at KPMG, leading and managing performance improvement, turnaround, and financial restructuring projects. Andrew moved to US technology fund Marlin Equity Partners in 2015 where he focussed on M&A and portfolio company performance improvement. He joined VGC in 2019 and has risen to become COO.

Andrew has an MEng in Aerospace Engineering from The University of Manchester where he later returned to get his MBA.
