Nick brings over 30 years of consumer brand experience in the Sports & Lifestyle sector, specifically the areas of Footwear and Apparel.

Starting his career with Reebok in his native Australia he moved to the United States in 1995 to assume numerous global roles at their Boston headquarters. This started a succession of executive brand roles that tapped his multi-region understanding and skillset.

As President of DC Shoes, he strategized and developed the business to evolve from a regional skate shoe brand into a global iconic action sports powerhouse increasing revenue from $165m to $465m over a four-year period from 2005-09.

In 2014 he moved from a non-executive board position into the CEO role at privately held, Fox Racing to lead a 11-month turnaround and successful private equity sale process.

In-between executive roles Nick has worked across Europe, North American and Asia in M&A advisory roles (both buy & sell) with numerous industry leading companies including Kering, Oaktree Capital and Billabong.

He currently is based in Boulder, Colorado, USA, is the CEO of Spyder Active Sports (a division of Global Brands Group), and holds an advisory board role with R.M.Williams (Australia) and is Chairman of VGCP Portfolio company WIT-Fitness.
