Lee Veitch, SuperAwesome’s co-founder and EMEA Managing Director, is now a Venture Partner at VGC Partners. With vast experience in entrepreneurship and venture capital, Lee will scout investments, expand VGC’s portfolio, and mentor early-stage founders.

At SuperAwesome, Lee grew the company into a $100 million business, securing partnerships with Disney, Hasbro, Lego, and Cartoon Network. He repurchased SuperAwesome from Epic Games in 2024, ensuring safe online interactions.

VGC Partners played a pivotal role in SuperAwesome’s growth, joining its Series A funding round in 2015. Lee’s appointment reunites him with Parminder Basran, VGC’s CEO, who supported SuperAwesome’s journey.

Lee’s entrepreneurial journey includes leading Swapit, the UK’s largest online trading platform for kids, and founding Soulshakers, a nightlife brand. Recognized on Campaign’s 40 Over 40 Power List in 2021, Lee is active in education charity Future First.
