Simon is one of the UK’s most successful creative entrepreneurs. He is currently the Chief Creative Officer of Amazon, having joined the company in 2014 after they acquired LoveFilm, the DVD-rental company he founded in 2004.

A serial entrepreneur, Simon also co-founded digital publisher Football 365 which went from start up to IPO in just four years. Earlier in his career he made Sonic the Hedgehog a household name at Sega and was MD of Chris Evans’ Ginger Television Productions.

Simon joined Novel as Chair in 2023.
