As a failed professional cricketer, Nico transitioned into the investing world as one of the four founding members of Btomorrow Ventures—a £150m consumer and tech fund—where he oversaw the full investment cycle, from origination to portfolio management.

Nico brings operational expertise from his former role as Head of Growth at Kick Game, a fast-growing retailer and media business in VGC’s portfolio.

Nico holds a first-class degree in Business and Management (BA) from Durham University.
